Open RT systems programming software. Enter in frequencies. Select write data to sd card. Remove sd card from computer and insert into radio. Go through the menu to 'SD Card' I've selected 'read from memory' and 'read from backup' when those are selected - I only get a beep and none of the programmed frequencies show.
